Dan was amazing and went above and beyond help me. I was in town for a doctors appointment with my husband and my car started smoking. I was able to get it to the Napa and pulled in and thank goodness Dan was behind the counter. He came out and saw my coolant was empty and invited me to come sit in the lounge while my car cooled off so he could put some coolant in it. He also gave me additional coolant just in case. When I tried to give him money, so he could buy lunch, he refused to take it. Thank you NAPA for being smart enough to hire someone like Dan to run your front area! I waited to make sure my car was in good standing. I had a terrible experience with Nissan and other mechanics. Napa came highly recommended and I am please to say from my first phone call Kevin was amazing. He was so patient and really understood my concerns as this is my teenagers vehicle. Nissan told me they had no date for the repair we had, but Kevin and his team had it completed within five days. The customer service and card is by far the best in Fort Myers. Please praise this team they did not miss a thing and the car is driving the best it ever has.

6 hours to change brake fluid. got phone call at 2:35 told job was completed. went to shop arrived at 2:45 did not leave until 3:15 (waiting for job to be completed) 30 min standing around?? Also told need front brakes, to car to another shop for brake check and was told rear brakes need to be replaced within 5K miles but front brakes were fine.

★★★★★ I had an excellent experience with this tire shop, and especially with Todd. I was headed to work in the morning when I got into my car and noticed that I had low tire pressure. When I arrived at work, I stopped to put some air in the tire and inspected it, only to discover that I had a nail in the tire. I drove over to NAPA and spoke with Todd. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful. Todd told me he would be more than happy to repair the tire while I was at work. He had the job completed in less than two hours, and it was ready for me to pick up in time for my drive home. I was extremely impressed with the friendly service and how quickly they were able to take care of the problem. I’ve tried going to other tire shops for repairs, and they will often tell me I need to make an appointment for the next day. That’s extremely inconvenient when you have a nail in your tire and need to get back on the road. Todd made the entire experience easy and stress-free. He provided exactly the kind of customer service you hope for when something unexpected happens with your car. Five-star service all the way. Thank you, Todd, for taking care of me so quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this shop!

My car situation was a tough one to diagnose. My communications with Dan were always professional and straight forward. Ultimately, I ended up not having my car repaired. The mechanics spent a lot of time preparing their inspection report. There was no attitude with my decision to further think out my options and take my car home. Good experience, Good staff.🙏
